The staff is attentive here and the services are good. the location is handy, very close to the central train station of Hamburg, along with many shopping centers and restaurants nearby. the standard triple room is functional and has a comfortable bed and bath. the hotel offers great breakfasts with scrambled eggs and crackers.

The hotel is clean and perfect, offers marvellous location near shops that were open in Christmas day. They have variety of meals to choose from, the food is freshly made!

Great Location near to the station so do not have to carry luggage very far. Breakfast was generous if repetitive. Room was comfortable and clean with a new bathroom.

Very small irritation. The shower was quite small and it was easy to knock the taps and turn off the water or change the temperature.

Warm in room when we did not have window open - and luckily enough we had a room towards the yard - not towards the busy street at front. Due to (too) restict) security settings the computer in the lobby could not open the check-in page of lufthansa.com.

The breakfast served was great, offering everything you could wish for, including juices and scrambled eggs. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. - the room was tidy and nicely decorated, and it even had a balcony.

This hotel was amazing. The standard of decoration was perfect. Everywhere spotless like brand new. Breakfast wonderful, comprehensive and plentiful. I can't praise this hotel enough, it was perfect and the location was perfect beside main railway station. Our room was at the front and there was a certain amount of street noise which funnily enough we liked. Hamburg is a city so be realistic and don't expect to hear sheep bleating, birds twittering or any cowbells. This hotel is a little gem and is not to be missed. Value for money does not come better than this

Perfect location if you are arriving by train - less than 5 minutes from Hamburg Central Station. Nice breakfast with a good variety of things.

Hotel staff even though friendly spoke very basic english. Room was too warm and we had to keep window open at night, which has let too much street noise in the room. Beds/mattresses are not very comfortable, ok for a couple of nights but I would not stay for a week. Even though queen size bed was promised during the reservation, we had two single beds put together.
